Prices & Payments
All prices are inclusive of VAT
at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the relevant information.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect
any accepted orders. Preferred payment is by credit card, however, you may pay
by cheque, or postal order, in UK sterling made out to "Rockey".

Availability of Goods
If your gift is not available you
will be contacted by telephone, e-mail or fax.
Despatch
We aim to despatch your order within
48 hours of receipt, but as each gift is individually prepared, please allow 28
days for delivery from receipt of order. Risk of damage to or loss of your purchase
will pass to you at the time of delivery to the address provided by you, or, if
you are not available to receive your delivery, at the time when we have tendered
delivery of your purchase.
Satisfaction or Return
Items should be inspected at the point
of delivery and any damages to parcels, shortages or errors must be reported to
us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damages to parcels cannot be
considered unless we are notified within 3 days. This strictly applies, as we
cannot claim from our courier after this period.
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to us within
14 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price in full (excluding delivery).
Items must be returned in their original packaging together with a valid receipt
or other proof of purchase and at your cost unless the item purchased was damaged
or faulty when you received it.
To process your return
please contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax stating your order number. Please
do not return the package before contacting us. We cannot accept any returned
goods without our written agreement.
Your statutory rights
are not affected.

rights in the designs and the appearance of the paintings. You are
not permitted to use or copy the design in any way without our permission.
